TOP 3 Problems

1. Password/Login Not Working  
   a. Check with Tech Services to verify
   b. Make sure you are typing correctly.
   c. Library can't verify login/password.
   d. MUST be your Drury login/password.

2. Trying to Access Database from Work
   a. Workplaces use firewalls that the database can't get past
   b. Try from home.

3. Old or Bad Bookmark
   a. Go to the Library Homepage, click on Databases A-Z.
