Circulation
Circulation for off campus patrons is the same as for on campus:
Student Loan Period: Circulating books are loaned for 3 weeks with a 15 book limit. Two renewals for 3 weeks is permitted unless another patron has requested the materials. Books may be renewed online and by phone. SWAN/Mobius loan is three weeks plus a 2 renewals.
* Books, articles – in paper format, and DVDs/videos will be mailed to the address you provide in your request. Additional time will be added to the loan period to allow for travel through the mail. Return postage and shipping label will be included with books and DVD/videos to aid in their return to Olin Library.
* Overdue fines are $.50 a day for Interlibrary Loan books, $.35 a day for Olin Library books, $120 per book for Swan/Mobius books.
*You will be unable to renew items on-line if your account has any overdue items, current charges or blocks. Please call or come by the Circulation Desk to renew checked-out items.
Education Curriculum materials do not checkout.
Drury Faculty Loan Period: Circulating books are loaned for one semester with renewal for a second semester and a 25 book limit. Adjunct faculty have 1 semester checkout with no renewals. All books should be returned at the end of the spring semester. The summer semester checkout is not included as a renewal period. Contact the Circulation Manager if extenuating circumstances exist. SWAN/Mobius loan is three weeks plus 2 renewals of 3 weeks each.
Alumni Loans: Circulating books are loaned for 3 weeks with a limit of 5 books. Two renewals for 3 weeks is permitted unless another patron has requested the materials. Books may be renewed online, by e-mail.
