If you are having difficulties please use one of the contact numbers below. The web site and database sites are down occasionally for maintenance but this is usually done overnight. Get specific about what you are having troubles with ... details help the person diagnose what the issue is.
You've clicked on your favorite database, gotten to a login screen and NOW your login/password doesn't work!
The first thing you need to do is VERIFY that your have the right login/password by calling the HELP DESK at 417-873-7300. Make sure they check to see if your login is ACTIVE.
The Library CANNOT help you with your password; ONLY the HELPDESK can.
If you are positive your email account is working and you have remembered your username and password correctly you can contact the library at: Contact Library Support .
This form will supply the necessary information to help solve problems. The library can test the login for you and make sure that our proxy software is working.

If you're having trouble viewing, saving or retrieving PDF documents,try saving the file to your computer and print it from there. Save the file using the save icon located in Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of the File menu.
To print a file, click the print icon on Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of choosing print from the file menu. If you are still encountering problems you may need to upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Upgrading to the latest version will usually solve most common PDF loading/viewing problems.
